3F automotive wires (including new energy vehicles) are divided into four major series according to the standard system:
German standard (DIN/ISO 6722): FLRY, FLRYW, FLR2X, FLR6Y, FLR9Y, FLR11Y, FLR13Y, etc. FLRY-B is one of the most commonly used models of low-voltage wiring harnesses in new energy vehicles.
JASO: AV, AVS, CAVS, CAVUS, AVSS, AVX, AVXS, AVSSX, AEX, AEXS, AEXSS, etc. AVSS is an ultra-thin wall low-voltage cable commonly used by Japanese car companies and many domestic new energy vehicle models
American Standard (SAE/UL): SXL, TXL, TWE, HTE, SGT, STT, SGX, STX, SGE, STE, GPT, TWP, HDT, GXL, etc
National standards (GB): QVR, QVR-105, QFR, QVVR, QB-A/B, QB-C/D, QCB, etc
⚡ New energy vehicle high-voltage line (battery motor electronic control three electric connection)

The high-voltage line is responsible for the power transmission between the power battery, motor, and inverter, with a voltage level of DC 300V~1500V and a common cross-section of 6-50mm². It needs to be oil resistant and resistant to high and low temperatures (-40℃~150℃).
The mainstream models are divided into two categories based on insulation material:
1. Cross linked PE (XLPE) type
EV-YJ (600/900V or 600/1000V) - unshielded high voltage line inside the vehicle
EVP-YJ (125℃ 1500V) - Shielded High Voltage Line
EVR-125/EVRP-125/EVR-150/EVRP-150/EVR-180/EVRP-180- Copper core high-voltage wires, suitable for electrical connections between three electrical systems
EVLR-125/EVLRP-125/EVLR-150/EVLRP-150/EVLR-180/EVLRP-180- Aluminum Core Lightweight High Voltage Line
EVLHN-LP-125- Aluminum high voltage fast charging line, compatible with 800V high voltage fast charging platform, peak current above 600A
2. Silicone rubber (with higher temperature resistance, up to 180℃)
EV-SIR 1500V - Silicone Rubber Insulated Unshielded High Voltage Line
EVP-SIR 1500V - Silicone Rubber Insulated Shielded High Voltage Line
American standard EV line (UL2263 system)
EVJE, EVJT (300V, -50℃~105℃)
EVE, EVT (600V, -40℃~105℃)
