Conductor Processing
In our process, our high-purity copper wires undergo precise drawing techniques to form thin copper strands with a diameter of only 0.08mm. These strands, nearly as fine as human hair, not only enhance the wire's flexibility and ease of installation but also make handling and operation exceptionally convenient. Depending on the application, these strands may be further twisted into thicker wires. The wire is then dipped into a tin-plating bath, where tin uniformly deposits on the copper surface through electrolytic deposition. This process ensures a tight layer of tin covers the copper, enhancing its oxidation resistance and corrosion protection while maintaining high flexibility and excellent versatility, fulfilling the comprehensive requirements for high-quality wires.

 

Braiding and Assembly
The treated tin-plated copper wires are placed in the twisting area, where multiple strands are braided or assembled into bundles using professional equipment. This transforms the multiple conductors into a single conductor core, ensuring the bundle's flexibility and stability.

 

Silicone Mixing and Extrusion
