UL3641 Silicone RUBBER Insulation Wire is a silicone rubber insulated internal wiring wire certified according to the UL 758 standard. It has a typical rated temperature of 150℃/180℃ and a rated voltage of 3000V~3300V AC. The conductor is mostly made of flexible stranded tin plated or nickel plated copper wire, and the insulation is silicone rubber (SR). Some specifications come with glass fiber braided coated silicone resin outer protection.

Application
High temperature household appliances and electric heating equipment
Used for connecting live parts inside heating areas such as electric ovens, bread makers, electric heaters, dryers, electric kettles, and infrared heaters. Utilizing its long-term high-temperature resistance of 180 ℃, heat aging resistance, and self extinguishing flame retardant (FT2) characteristics, it replaces ordinary PVC wires.
Industrial motors, transformers, and electrical control cabinets
Used for high temperature jumper wires in small and medium-sized motors, generator windings, distribution transformers, frequency converters, servo drives, and PLC control cabinets. Silicone rubber is soft and resistant to bending, suitable for repeated bending and wiring in narrow spaces.
New energy and energy storage system
Some photovoltaic combiner boxes, energy storage battery packs (BESS), and internal high-voltage sampling or power connection lines of inverters will use UL3641 with a larger cross-section, taking advantage of its high dielectric strength (3300V level) and wide temperature range (-60~180 ℃) stability.
Medical and special high-temperature environments
Used for wiring in high-temperature areas inside disinfection cabinets, medical drying ovens, and small diagnostic equipment; Metallurgical, glass, ceramic kilns and other on-site temperature measuring components or local leads can also be used in conjunction with equipment safety assessments.
