1. Different materials
The PVC wire is composed of a single or multiple conductive copper wires, and the surface is wrapped by a layer of insulator to prevent contact with the conductive body. The internal conductor is divided into bare copper and tinned copper according to normal standards.
Rubber wire, also known as rubber sheath wire, is a double-insulated wire; the outer sheath and insulation layer are made of rubber, the conductor is pure copper, and the insulation layer is usually chlorinated polyethylene (CPE).
2. Different uses
The rubber wire is suitable for the power equipment, household appliances, electric tools, construction lighting and the interior of the machine, etc., which require soft or mobile places with AC rated voltages of 300V/500V and 450/750V and below, as electrical connection wires or wiring.
PVC wire is mainly used for the internal connection of electronic and electrical equipment.
3. Different characteristics
The surface of the PVC line pipe is smooth, the fluid resistance is small, it is not scaled, and it is not suitable for the breeding of microorganisms. The coefficient of thermal expansion is small and does not shrink or deform.
The rubber thread has a certain degree of weather resistance and certain oil resistance, can withstand greater mechanical external forces, is soft, good elasticity, cold resistance, UV resistance, good flexibility, and high strength.
