UL1198 is an American standard PTFE wire. Its rated voltage is 600V and rated temperature is 150℃. The insulation material is polytetrafluoroethylene, which has excellent wear resistance, hydrocarbon resistance, and chemical stability. The conductor is a single or multiple strands of tin plated or silver plated copper wire.

General Electrical Wiring
