UL10362 FPA High Temperature Teflon Wire

UL10362 is a distinctive wire. Its insulation layer is made of PFA material, which endows the wire with excellent high and low temperature resistance, and can work stably in the extreme temperature range of -80 ℃ to 250 ℃. Its conductor is tin plated copper wire or silver plated copper wire, with excellent conductivity and strong corrosion resistance. The rated voltage is 600V, and it has passed the 2500V test voltage and VW-1 flame retardant test, ensuring safety. It comes in a variety of colors, with an outer diameter tolerance controlled within ± 0.1mm, and is widely used in fields such as home appliances and lighting.

UL10362 wires use PFA as insulation material. Compared with PVC wires, the PVC insulation layer is prone to aging and deformation, which in turn affects the performance and safety of the wires. Therefore, in high-temperature environments such as industrial ovens, heating equipment, etc., UL10362 wires can better maintain stable performance and are less prone to malfunctions. The PFA insulation layer of UL10362 wire has excellent insulation performance and has passed VW-1 flame retardant testing, with good self extinguishing ability, which can effectively prevent flame spread. Although PVC wires also have certain insulation properties, they are usually not as flame retardant as UL10362 wires. When burned, they may produce a large amount of toxic smoke, increasing the risk of fire and the possibility of personal injury. The PFA material and tin plated copper or silver plated copper conductors of UL10362 wires have strong resistance to chemical corrosion and can resist the erosion of various chemical substances. PVC wires are relatively susceptible to the influence of certain chemicals, such as organic solvents, strong acids and alkalis, which may cause the PVC insulation layer to dissolve and corrode, resulting in a decrease in wire performance. UL10362 wires comply with multiple international environmental standards and have minimal environmental pollution during production, use, and disposal. PVC wires may use harmful substances such as plasticizers during the production process, which may release harmful gases and substances after combustion or disposal, posing certain hazards to the environment and human health.
