UL1331 wire is a high-quality PTFE insulated wire suitable for high temperature environments. The conductor is made of copper or copper alloy that meets the requirements, ensuring good conductivity. The insulation layer is made of PTFE material and can withstand high temperatures of up to 150°C. The outer sheath is made of high-temperature resistant materials such as polyurethane, which has excellent aging resistance and acid alkali resistance. Commonly used for internal wiring of electronic and industrial equipment to ensure stable power transmission.

UL1331 wires have a wide range of applications in various fields. In the electronics industry, it can be used as a temperature compensation wire, low-temperature resistant wire, high-temperature heating wire, as well as aging resistant wire and flame-retardant wire. Due to its excellent electrical performance and aging resistance, it can meet the complex working needs of electronic devices. In the household appliance industry, UL1331 wires are widely used. It is used for internal wiring of air conditioning units, microwave ovens, electronic disinfection cabinets, rice cookers, electronic hot water bottles, electric heaters, electric ovens, electric frying pans, and lighting fixtures. This is because it can withstand the heat generated during the operation of electrical appliances, ensure the stability of internal circuits, and prevent faults caused by circuit problems. In the aerospace field, its high temperature resistance and radiation resistance make it an ideal choice; In the fields of power transmission and new energy, stable power transmission can be ensured through good performance. In the fields of chemical, medical, and food industries, UL1331 wires can also work stably and play an important role in high temperature environments or highly corrosive media.

FAQ

Q:1.What is the difference between UL1331 and other UL - rated wires?

A:UL1331 stands out for its high - temperature resistance and chemical stability. In contrast, wires like UL1007 are rated for lower temperatures (80°C) and are more suitable for general - purpose, non - high - temperature applications.

Q: What is your terms of delivery?

A: We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
