UL10516 FEP insulation equipment internal wiring is mainly used for internal wiring of electrical, electronic equipment, instruments and industrial control equipment. The typical internal wiring structure of UL10516 FEP insulated equipment is tinned copper or bare copper conductor (solid/stranded), and the insulation is made of FEP (fluorinated ethylene propylene) fluoroplastic. Some models are labeled as gasoline resistant, gasoline vapor resistant, and can be used in an 80℃ oil environment. FEP insulation gives UL10516 high temperature resistance, oil resistance, chemical solvent resistance, good dielectric properties, flame retardancy, and resistance to migration and contamination of components. It is suitable for internal wiring of equipment with compact space, high heat generation, or harsh environments.

Application
Interior of household appliances and kitchen appliances
Control wires/temperature sensing leads near ovens, coffee machines, rice cookers, and heating modules, close to heating elements and with small space. FEP's 200℃ temperature resistance, flame retardancy, and no precipitation of plasticizers are more stable than PVC.
Lighting and lamp interior
LED driver power supply, mining lamp, UV curing lamp, stage lamp internal wiring; When the lamp body is working, the temperature rises, and FEP insulation is not easily softened, yellowed, or adhered, making it suitable for wiring inside compact lamp boards and metal shells.
Industrial equipment and electrical control boxes
Internal connecting wires in the temperature control circuits of frequency converters, servo drives, heating controllers, drying boxes, and injection molding machines; When there is engine oil, solvents, and dust in the workshop, FEP's oil and chemical resistance can reduce insulation aging.
