The conductor of UL1517 wire is tinned and has a regular twisted structure. The wire size covers 20-30AWG, and different wire sizes correspond to different conductor diameters and resistances. For example, a 20AWG conductor has a 19/0.19mm structure, and the conductor resistance is 36.70 Ω/Km at 20℃. The insulation layer uses ETFE, with a stable thickness of about 0.13-0.15mm, and the overall outer diameter ranges from 0.55-1.25mm depending on the wire size.
