UL1015 wire is an electronic wire certified by UL in the United States. The conductor is made of single or twisted wire, and the material can be bare copper or tin plated copper, which can be flexibly adapted to different scenarios. The insulation layer is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), which can effectively insulate and has the characteristics of acid and alkali resistance, oil resistance, moisture resistance, and mold resistance. Its rated voltage is 600V and can withstand high temperatures of 105 ℃. Commonly used for internal wiring of electronic and electrical devices, such as household appliances, lighting fixtures, medical equipment, etc., to provide reliable power transmission for stable operation of equipment.

(1) Differences in application scenarios caused by differences in pressure resistance and temperature resistance:
UL1015：The rated voltage is 600V and the rated temperature is 105 ℃. Suitable for occasions with high voltage requirements and high ambient temperatures. For example, the internal wiring of equipment such as industrial ovens and high-temperature motors generates high heat during operation. UL1015 wires can work stably in such high-temperature environments to ensure safe power transmission.
UL1007：The rated voltage is 300V and the temperature resistance is 80 ℃. Commonly used for internal connections of general electronic and electrical equipment with relatively low voltage requirements and mild temperature environments. For example, ordinary household lighting fixtures, small electronic toys, etc. generate less heat during operation and do not require high temperature resistance for wires. UL1007 wires are sufficient to meet their electrical performance and safety requirements.
(2) Different scope of application:
UL1015：It is widely used in equipment with high requirements for power transmission and high current carrying capacity, such as large electrical equipment, industrial control cabinets, etc., because it can provide more reliable power transmission and meet the equipment's demand for current.
UL1007：Mainly used in electronic devices and appliances that do not require particularly high current carrying capacity, such as computer peripherals, small office appliances, etc. These devices usually consume small amounts of current, and UL1007 wires can meet their power transmission needs. At the same time, their smaller wire gauges also facilitate wiring inside the equipment.
